Shipping policy

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivered in 4–8 business days, depending on your country and city.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Once shipped, delivery takes 4–8 business days depending on your country and city. These times are estimates; customs, weather, holidays or carrier delays may occasionally extend them.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Address errors

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible; we can only change the address before the order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of shipping, or tracking shows no movement for 7 days, email us at snoov-sleep@hotmail.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country, which are the customer's responsibility.
